Job Overview

The Sustainable Tourism Development Manager will lead initiatives to design and implement eco-tourism programs that align with global sustainability standards while enhancing Eswatini’s tourism appeal. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sustainable tourism strategies that reduce environmental impact and promote cultural heritage.
• Collaborate with conservation experts to integrate biodiversity protection into tourism operations.
• Design community-based tourism projects that generate economic benefits for local populations.
• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, ensuring compliance with international eco-certification standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including partnerships with environmental NGOs and government bodies.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in sustainable tourism planning and project management.
