Job Overview

The Curriculum Development Specialist will lead the design, development, and implementation of curriculum materials for primary and secondary education in Eswatini. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessment tools for core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies.
• Collaborate with local teachers and Ministry of Education officials to ensure alignment with Eswatini’s national curriculum standards.
• Adapt Pearson’s global content to reflect local cultural contexts, languages, and pedagogical practices.
• Conduct needs analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify gaps in existing educational resources.

Salary
