Job Overview

The Mining Equipment Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of all heavy mining equipment at the Mhlambanyatsi operation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for excavators, haul trucks, loaders, and crushing equipment.
• Lead root‑cause analysis investigations for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training on best practices and safety protocols.
