Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Hospitality Guest Relations Manager to lead our guest experience team in Pigg’s Peak. This role is critical to our success, as you will be the primary point of contact for our VIP guests and will be responsible for ensuring that every guest’s stay is seamless and exceptional. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and have a natural ability to anticipate guest needs before they are even expressed.

You will oversee the front-of-house operations related to guest satisfaction, managing a team of dedicated professionals to deliver personalized service. Key Responsibilities

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in luxury service or hotel management are highly advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end hospitality environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven track record of managing guest relations and improving customer satisfaction scores is essential.

Salary
