Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Occupational Health and Safety Officer to join our management team in Matsapha. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of site-wide Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS).
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and local legislative requirements.
  • Perform detailed incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of workplace accidents.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all staff and contractors.
