Job Overview
The Senior Mining Geologist will play a pivotal role in the Ngwenya operations, leading complex geological assessments and driving the technical excellence of our exploration programs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive geological mapping and structural analysis programs within the mining lease area.
- Oversee diamond grade estimation and resource modeling using industry-standard geostatistical software.
- Supervise field teams during diamond core drilling and geochemical sampling campaigns to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement detailed exploration strategies to identify new mineralization zones.
- Collaborate with the mine planning and engineering departments to optimize pit designs based on geological constraints.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management regarding resource updates and exploration progress.

Required Skills

Education
