Job Overview
The Senior Laboratory Technician plays a critical role in our quality assurance ecosystem. This position is responsible for conducting complex chemical and microbiological analyses to ensure product consistency and safety. You will be working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy is paramount. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Maintain and calibrate sensitive laboratory equipment to ensure precise measurement and data integrity.
- Document all test results accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Investigate deviations in quality and recommend corrective actions to the production team.
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and ISO standards within the laboratory environment.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a commercial food or beverage laboratory setting is required. Proven experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 18,000 to SSP 28,000, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and technical certifications.
