Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and charismatic Senior Hospitality Guest Relations Manager to lead our guest experience team. This role is critical to our success, as you will be the primary point of contact for our VIP guests and high-net-worth individuals. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire guest journey, from pre-arrival coordination to post-departure follow-ups. This is a high-visibility role that requires a deep understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to manage complex guest requirements with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized guest engagement strategies to enhance the overall luxury experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of guest relations officers to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests, handling all special requests and complex inquiries.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge departments to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Analyze guest trends and feedback to suggest improvements to resort amenities and services.
- Oversee the VIP arrival and departure protocols to ensure a flawless experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality etiquette and international service standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in Luxury Service Management or Hotel Operations are highly desirable.
Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a high-end luxury hotel or resort environment is required. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within guest relations or front office operations is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of managing high-profile clients and resolving complex service issues.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance during the probationary period.
