Job Overview
The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management functions for the Sidvokodvo bottling plant. Reporting to the Regional Procurement Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure cost‑effective acquisition of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with production targets and cost‑reduction goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, ensuring they meet Coca‑Cola’s quality, sustainability, and ethical standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value and mitigate risks.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition, purchase order issuance, receipt, and invoice verification.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Logistics teams to synchronize supply with demand.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead cost‑analysis initiatives, drive savings projects, and report on procurement performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and international trade requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Education

Minimum of five years of progressive procurement experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods sector. Demonstrated success in managing complex supplier relationships, driving cost‑saving initiatives, and leading cross‑functional projects is essential.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from SSP 250,000 to SSP 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
