Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee port operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo loading/unloading, and equipment management.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Collaborate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and logistics partners to optimize throughput.
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to reduce operational costs.
  • Lead a team of port staff and subcontractors to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills

Salary
