Job Overview

The Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager will lead the QA function for Pfizer’s manufacturing site in Manzini, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal quality policies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA policies and procedures aligned with GMP and local regulations.
• Lead product release activities, ensuring all batches meet quality specifications before distribution.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections, and address findings promptly.
• Manage deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee change control processes to evaluate impact on product quality and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and risk‑based approaches.
