Job Overview

The Network Optimization Analyst will join the Network Operations department to drive performance improvements across MTN Eswatini’s radio access network. This role focuses on analyzing network data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending optimization strategies that enhance coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
