Job Overview
This EdTech Product Manager role is part of Pearson’s mission to revolutionize education in Eswatini. Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for Pearson’s EdTech solutions in Eswatini.
- Conduct market research to identify educational needs and trends in the region.
- Collaborate with developers to design user-friendly digital learning platforms.
- Coordinate with educators to integrate technology into teaching methodologies.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on user feedback.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in product management within educational technology.
- Strong understanding of e-learning platforms and pedagogical frameworks.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Eswatini’s education sector and regulatory environment.
Education
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Educational Technology or Business Administration is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years in educational technology, product management, or instructional design. Experience in Africa’s education sector is highly advantageous.
Salary
The position offers a competitive salary range of 8,000 to 12,000 Eswatini Pulas (SSP), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
