Job Overview

The Brewery Production Supervisor will lead a dynamic team of operators, technicians, and quality specialists to ensure seamless production of high‑quality beer while meeting safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily brewing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters such as temperature, pH, and fermentation times to optimize product consistency.
• Lead a team of 15‑20 production staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a safety‑first culture.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance activities with the Engineering department.
• Implement continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to increase yield and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as Heineken’s global standards.
• Prepare and review production reports, batch records, and key performance indicators for senior management.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address any deviations, conduct root‑cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production flow.
• Promote a culture of responsible drinking and community engagement through internal initiatives.
