Key Responsibilities
- Process accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accounts payable and supplier payment schedules.
- Monitor accounts receivable and customer balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Verify supporting documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll reconciliation and statutory deductions.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare management reports and financial summaries.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification in progress is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
- Experience handling reconciliations and financial documentation.
