Key Responsibilities

• Process accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain accounts payable and supplier payment schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable and customer balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Verify supporting documentation for financial transactions.
• Assist in payroll reconciliation and statutory deductions.

• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification in progress is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
