Job Overview

The E-commerce Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end online shopping experience for Pick n Pay customers in Eswatini. Reporting to the Head of Digital Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, logistics coordination, and customer service excellence across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, delivery time, and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers and negotiate service level agreements.
  • Lead a cross‑functional team of supervisors, analysts, and customer service representatives to achieve operational excellence.
