Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Optimize user journeys to reduce cart abandonment and increase customer lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system for consistent brand identity.
- Analyze heatmaps and user session recordings to identify friction points in the checkout process.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
- Exceptional visual communication and storytelling abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex user data.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is required. A portfolio demonstrating real-world e-commerce design solutions is mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically within the e-commerce or retail technology sector, is highly preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 25,000 SSP to 45,000 SSP, depending on experience and portfolio quality.
