Job Overview

Inyatsi Construction Group Holdings is looking for a highly experienced Senior React.js Developer to join its growing digital and technology team. The selected candidate will be responsible for building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of front-end architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js; build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use; collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers; optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability; ensure code quality through reviews and best practices; troubleshoot and debug complex issues; mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing; stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3; extensive experience with React.js and its core principles; experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API; familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling; knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel); experience with version control systems like Git; understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience Required

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in frontend development with at least 3+ years working extensively with React.js; proven experience in developing production-grade web applications; experience in leading projects or mentoring developers is an added advantage.

Salary Range

Estimated E350,000 – E650,000 per year (Eswatini Lilangeni), depending on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications.
