Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Petroleum Reservoir Engineer to join our technical team in Big Bend. This role is critical to our long-term production strategies and involves complex modeling, simulation, and optimization of reservoir performance. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Expertise in industry-standard reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel, or CMG).

- In-depth knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and rock-fluid interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex geological environments.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Education
A minimum of a Master of Science (MSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a closely related Earth Science discipline is required. A PhD is highly preferred for this senior-level position.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 7 to 10 years of direct experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream oil and gas sector. Proven experience in managing large-scale reservoir simulation projects and contributing to field development decisions is essential. Experience in offshore or complex unconventional reservoirs is a significant advantage.
Salary
