Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of hydroelectric turbines, generators, and control systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for all plant machinery.
- Conduct detailed technical assessments and troubleshooting for complex electrical and mechanical failures.
- Supervise on-site technical teams and contractors to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and optimize water flow and power output efficiency.
