Job Overview
The Senior E-commerce Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing our last-mile delivery networks and warehouse fulfillment processes. This role is critical for ensuring that our high volume of orders is processed, sorted, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and minimum error rates. You will be responsible for designing and implementing logistics strategies that reduce transit times and improve customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable logistics workflows for high-volume e-commerce fulfillment centers.

- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless last-mile delivery integration.
- Optimize warehouse inventory levels using advanced demand forecasting and replenishment models.

- Collaborate with the technology team to implement automated tracking and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Manage and audit regional distribution hubs to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for operational decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and vendor relationships.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM or CSCP) will be highly regarded.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, specifically within a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment. Proven experience in managing distribution networks and optimizing fulfillment processes is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 25,000 SSP to 45,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical expertise.
