Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect to lead our enterprise-level cloud migration and infrastructure design projects. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud environments that support high-availability applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures using Azure and other hybrid cloud technologies.
• Lead large-scale cloud migration projects from on-premises data centers to cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and resource utilization in the cloud.
• Develop and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks to protect sensitive enterprise data.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure consistency and speed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior cloud engineers and DevOps specialists.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity services.
• Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions for complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education

A Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering field is required. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and extensive professional certifications (such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert) will be considered.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, with at least 4 years specifically focused on cloud architecture and enterprise-scale deployments. Proven track record of managing large-scale cloud migrations is essential.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 720,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise. This package is highly competitive within the local market.
