Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team in Lobamba. This role is critical to the successful delivery of large-scale urban and rural development projects across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical management of complex civil engineering projects, including highways, bridges, and water management systems.
• Conduct detailed structural analysis and hydraulic modeling to ensure project integrity and safety.

Education

A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from a recognized international university is mandatory. Professional registration with a relevant engineering board is highly preferred. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering will be given preference.

Experience

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management is required. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion is essential. Experience working within the Southern African development context is a significant advantage.

Salary

The offered salary for this position is between 450,000 SSP and 680,000 SSP per annum, depending on the candidate’s expertise and qualifications. This package is competitive and reflects the seniority of the role.
