Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive drive‑test and performance measurements to assess network KPIs such as throughput, latency, and handover success rates.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans for LTE and emerging 5G deployments, focusing on coverage gaps and capacity constraints.
  • Utilize radio planning software (e.g., Atoll, Planet) to model network scenarios and recommend site upgrades or new cell deployments.
  • Collaborate with the RF engineering team to fine‑tune antenna configurations, power settings, and antenna tilt for maximum efficiency.
