Job Overview
The Investment Banking Analyst will support the Investment Banking team in executing capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory projects for corporate clients. The analyst will conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and prepare pitch books and client presentations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior bankers, gaining hands‑on experience in deal execution, client interaction, and industry analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, merger analysis, and capital raising.
- Conduct industry and market research to support transaction theses and client presentations.

- Assist senior bankers in due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with external advisors.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and operational metrics of target companies.
- Support the preparation of transaction documentation, term sheets, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and internal strategy sessions.
