Job Overview
The International Admissions Officer will lead the recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment of international students for World Bank‑sponsored scholarship programs and partner universities operating in Eswatini. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns to attract prospective international students from Africa and beyond.
- Manage the end‑to‑end admissions process, including application review, eligibility verification, and scholarship award coordination.
- Collaborate with partner universities, embassies, and educational agents to streamline recruitment pathways.
- Maintain accurate admissions data in the World Bank’s CRM system and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with World Bank procurement and anti‑corruption policies throughout the admissions cycle.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants regarding visa processes, accommodation, and cultural integration.
- Organize virtual and in‑person information sessions, webinars, and campus tours.
- Monitor global education trends and recommend enhancements to the admissions strategy.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess applicant qualifications and program fit.
- Proficiency in admissions software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in higher education administration will be considered an asset.
Experience
Applicants should have 3‑5 years of proven experience in international admissions, student recruitment, or related roles within higher education institutions or international development organizations.
Salary
The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 30,000 to SSP 45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be provided.
