Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive automation control systems, including PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation for industrial machinery.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine client automation requirements.
- Collaborate with the software team to integrate IoT and cloud-based monitoring solutions into existing hardware.
- Perform rigorous testing and commissioning of automated systems to ensure operational integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex automation failures during the commissioning phase.
- Ensure all designs comply with local and international safety and engineering standards.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, and EtherNet/IP.
- Expertise in reading and creating complex electrical and mechanical technical drawings.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing system faults.

Education
