Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client processes, technology stacks, and organizational readiness for digital change.
- Develop detailed transformation roadmaps, including technology selection, change management strategies, and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and prototype innovative solutions leveraging cloud, AI, data analytics, and automation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, secure buy‑in, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead pilot projects, monitor performance metrics, and iterate solutions based on feedback and data‑driven insights.
- Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events to position Accenture as a trusted advisor in Eswatini.

Education

Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in digital transformation consulting, technology implementation, or a comparable role. Prior experience delivering large‑scale projects within the banking, telecommunications, or public sector in Eswatini or the broader Southern African market will be viewed favorably.
Salary
