Job Title: Digital Accessibility Specialist

Reports to: Accessibility Team Lead

Location: Mankweng, Eswatini

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: SSP 50,000 – 70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accessibility audits and testing on our products and services
  • Identify and resolve accessibility issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain accessibility guidelines and best practices
  • Provide training and support to employees on accessibility best practices
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and standards
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience
