Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive safety training curriculum covering OSHA standards, local Eswatini regulations, and industry‑specific hazards.
• Conduct on‑site safety inductions, refresher courses, and specialized workshops for workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and HSE officers to identify training needs based on risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Lead safety drills, emergency response simulations, and toolbox talks to reinforce practical safety skills.
• Provide guidance on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices for high‑risk activities such as confined space entry, working at heights, and heavy equipment operation.
• Support the development of safety communication materials, signage, and digital learning platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA, and Eswatini occupational health regulations.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 30,000 to SSP 45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and allowances for travel and training may also be provided.
