Job Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst will play a critical role in our Capital Markets division. This position involves conducting deep-dive financial modeling, market research, and investment feasibility studies for large-scale commercial developments. Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling and sensitivity analysis for potential property acquisitions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in the Eswatini commercial real estate sector.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and pitch books for institutional investors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with property management teams to verify income streams and expense projections.

Education
A Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is mandatory. Professional certification such as CFA or RICS is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking. Salary
