Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for various asset classes.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in the Manzini and greater Eswatini commercial sectors.
- Analyze lease agreements and property operating expenses to assess asset performance.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators that impact real estate valuations and investment risks.
- Collaborate with property managers to verify occupancy rates and rental income projections.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in commercial real estate analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance. Proven experience in the Southern African property market is preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 25,000 SSP to 45,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
