Job Overview
The Brand Activation Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated activation strategies that bring Unilever’s portfolio of brands to life across Simunye and the broader Eswatini market. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, trade, digital, and insights to design experiential events, in‑store promotions, and community‑focused initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and loyalty. You will manage agency relationships, oversee budgets, and ensure all activations align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and corporate sustainability guidelines.

Education

Experience
Minimum of five years of proven experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or trade marketing within the consumer goods sector. Experience working in Southern Africa or similar emerging markets is highly desirable.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 25,000 to SSP 35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
