Job Overview
The Solar Project Finance Analyst will support the end‑to‑end financial management of Enel Green Power’s solar projects in Eswatini. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring of solar assets throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for solar project feasibility, investment appraisal, and cash‑flow analysis.
- Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts in alignment with corporate targets.
- Monitor project financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Collaborate with project development teams to assess risk, structure financing, and secure funding from banks, investors, and development agencies.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to support decision‑making under uncertain market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and Enel Green Power’s internal control policies.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in the preparation of loan documentation, term sheets, and contractual agreements related to project financing.
- Support post‑construction financial close‑out activities, including performance verification and handover to operations.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or specialized software.

Education
