Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the flow of goods through Bolloré’s Lobamba operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will use data‑driven insights to improve inventory accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance overall service levels for clients across Eswatini and the broader Southern African region.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inbound and outbound shipment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost‑saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, transport planners, and customs agents to streamline processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior management.
- Support demand forecasting activities by integrating market intelligence and historical sales data.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, on‑time delivery, and inventory turnover.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external partners.

Education
