We are seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Hospitality Guest Experience Specialist to join our elite team in Manzini. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests, providing personalized concierge-style services throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and special requests are met.
• Develop and execute bespoke local excursion itineraries for high-net-worth individuals.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve any issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles to anticipate preferences for repeat visitors.

Required Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of cultural intelligence and awareness of international luxury etiquette.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is mandatory. Certifications in Luxury Service Management or Concierge Services will be highly regarded.

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end resort environment is required. Proven experience in guest relations or concierge services is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 12,000 SSP to 18,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
