Job Summary
The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, attracting, and engaging highly qualified candidates for specialized roles in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Development sectors.
The role involves working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients to build talent pipelines, support recruitment campaigns, conduct market mapping, and ensure successful candidate placements within highly competitive financial markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (JD)
The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Conducting targeted candidate sourcing for Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, M&A, Venture Capital, and Financial Services roles.
- Utilizing job boards, databases, LinkedIn, networking channels, referrals, and direct sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future recruitment projects.
- Performing talent mapping and market intelligence research across finance and investment sectors.
Recruitment Support & Screening
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and technical competencies.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes with internal teams and clients.
- Conducting candidate engagement and maintaining positive communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Supporting recruitment consultants with executive search projects and candidate shortlisting.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Working closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and talent expectations.
- Supporting recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill finance and investment-related positions.
- Assisting with market benchmarking, compensation insights, and hiring trends.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

- Experience recruiting for Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, M&A, or Corporate Finance roles is highly advantageous.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and sourcing tools preferred.
