Job Overview
IQbusiness is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior iOS Developer to join its dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance iOS applications. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform; collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers; ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications; identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues; lead code reviews and mentor junior developers; implement best practices in mobile security and data protection; continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C; experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation; familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations; knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines; experience with version control systems such as Git; understanding of mobile architecture patterns like MVC and MVVM; strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
Experience Required
Minimum 5–8 years of professional iOS development experience; proven track record of publishing apps on the Apple App Store; experience leading or mentoring development teams is preferred.
Salary Range
Estimated E350,000 – E650,000 per year (Eswatini Lilangeni), depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
