Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop satellite communication architectures that integrate with Huawei’s terrestrial network solutions.
- Perform detailed link budget calculations, RF simulations, and coverage analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
- Configure, test, and commission satellite ground station equipment, including antennas, modems, and RF front‑ends.
- Collaborate with network planning and RF teams to align satellite solutions with overall network strategies.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and post‑deployment phases, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather requirements, present technical proposals, and ensure satisfaction.

- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure in fast‑paced project environments.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in SiSwati is an advantage.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, Satellite Communications Certification) will be given preference.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in satellite communications, RF system design, or related engineering roles. Experience with 5G backhaul, hybrid satellite‑terrestrial networks, or LEO constellations is highly desirable.
Salary
