Job Overview

The Energy Efficiency Project Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of energy‑saving projects for industrial, commercial, and public sector clients in Eswatini. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies for client facilities, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and project plans that incorporate Schneider Electric’s IoT‑enabled solutions.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and commissioning of hardware and software components, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor project performance using data analytics tools, providing clients with actionable insights and reporting on energy savings.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, local authorities, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, and progress reports for internal and external review.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and energy management technologies.

Education
