Job Overview

The Sustainability Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Coca-Cola Eswatini’s sustainability initiatives. Required Skills

  • Project management expertise, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Proficiency in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, ISO 14001, and CDP.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive change.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of siSwati is an advantage.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications or a master’s degree in sustainability or corporate responsibility are highly desirable.
