Job Overview

The Sustainability Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Coca-Cola Eswatini’s sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual sustainability strategy aligned with corporate goals and local ESG regulations.
• Lead carbon footprint assessments, water usage audits, and waste management programs to achieve measurable reductions.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups to foster collaborative projects.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data collection, reporting, and KPI tracking.

• Project management expertise, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proficiency in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, ISO 14001, and CDP.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive change.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of siSwati is an advantage.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications or a master’s degree in sustainability or corporate responsibility are highly desirable.

Salary
