Job Overview

The Brand Activation Manager will lead the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand activation campaigns that drive consumer engagement and market share growth for Unilever’s flagship products in Eswatini. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation plans aligned with business objectives and market insights.
  • Coordinate with trade partners and retail outlets to execute in‑store promotions, sampling, and experiential events.
  • Manage agency relationships, brief creative teams, and oversee production of activation assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure activation activities support trade targets and distribution goals.
  • Maintain activation budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective execution.
  • Lead post‑activation reviews, compile reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging activation technologies.

Education

Experience

Applicants must have at least five years of proven experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or a similar role within the consumer goods sector. Experience working with multinational FMCG companies and managing large‑scale activation budgets is highly desirable.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 250,000 to 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based incentives and annual bonuses are also part of the total rewards package.
