Job Overview
The Senior Laboratory Microbiologist will play a critical role in ensuring the microbiological safety and quality of all beverage products manufactured at our facility. This position involves advanced testing, protocol development, and rigorous oversight of laboratory processes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

- Lead investigations into any microbiological deviations or non-conformances in the production line.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, ISO, and local food safety regulations.

Education
A Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a closely related biological science is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree alone will not be considered for this senior-level position.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working in a high-volume food or beverage laboratory environment. Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a multinational manufacturing company is highly preferred. You should have a proven track record of managing laboratory compliance and leading technical investigations.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from 180,000 SSP to 250,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and previous experience in the industry.
