Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable materials solutions for Nestlé Eswatini’s products and packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new materials and packaging solutions.
  • Conduct life cycle assessments and environmental impact studies to inform sustainable materials decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in materials science and engineering.

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Materials Science or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in materials science and engineering, preferably in a food or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable materials and packaging solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
