Job Overview

Microsoft Eswatini is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based systems for clients in Eswatini and the broader Southern African region. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with Microsoft’s Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess cloud migration and integration needs.
  • Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams for cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of network security and data encryption protocols.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

Experience

Salary

150,000 – 200,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience.
