Job Overview
The E‑commerce Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end online retail function for the Mhlume store, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, digital marketing coordination, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily online order processing, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels across both physical and digital channels.
