Job Overview

Kellogg Tolaram Eswatini Pty. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements; analyze system specifications and prepare detailed test plans; identify, document, and track bugs and defects; collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues; perform regression, integration, and system testing; ensure software quality standards and compliance; prepare test reports and documentation; contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools; experience with manual and automated testing techniques; familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail); knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; basic understanding of programming or scripting languages is an advantage; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

Experience Required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance; hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing; experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

Salary Range

Estimated E250,000 – E450,000 per year (Eswatini Lilangeni), depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
