Job Summary
ACCIONA is seeking experienced Energy and Energy Efficiency Experts for upcoming international development and infrastructure projects. Selected experts will support assignments related to renewable energy systems, energy efficiency strategies, climate resilience, sustainable infrastructure planning, and environmental consultancy projects funded by international institutions.
The role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise in sustainable energy, engineering consultancy, and development cooperation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct energy audits and energy efficiency assessments
- Develop renewable energy and sustainability strategies
- Support feasibility studies for energy infrastructure projects
- Provide technical consultancy on climate change mitigation initiatives
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and compliance evaluations
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, funding agencies, and engineering teams
- Support implementation of sustainable development policies and environmental standards
- Deliver technical guidance for decarbonisation and circular economy initiatives

Education Requirements
Candidates should possess one or more of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related disciplines
- Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, or similar fields will be an added advantage
- Professional certifications in Energy Efficiency or Project Management are desirable
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–10 years of relevant professional experience depending on project requirements
- Previous experience working with international donors, European Union projects, or development cooperation programs preferred
- Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and sustainable infrastructure
- Experience in consultancy, technical advisory services, or engineering project management
